UNICEF has appointed 16-year-old Gargee Tanushree Paul as its new youth advocate in Bangladesh, marking a significant milestone in youth leadership and advocacy.
A tenth grader at Scholastica School and a passionate child rights advocate, Gargee will work with UNICEF over the next two years to amplify children’s voices and raise awareness about critical issues like climate action, violence, child marriage, and education crises.
